Said this phone was compatible with T-mobile. It is not, at least not fully. At first it wouldn't let me text certain people in my contact list (those who also have T-mobile) and then today (9/5/16) it lost the T-mobile signal and cannot find it again. T-mobile tech support did all they could but because this isn't a brand they sell in their stores, that is very little. It just isn't compatible. Go figure that this happens three days after I could have returned it.
